Be it you’re a customer or merchant or seller -  customers of AffinNeo can open a banking account digitally without having to go to any branches. Additionally, customers  may manage their banking accounts or loans, and merchants are able to manage their company’s banking needs online.

Content Management System and Websites Consolidation of AffinAlways.com and AffinGroup.com
Project Overview
Revamping and moving AffinOnline.com, AffinIslamic.com, A1addin.com and AffinBank.com to a single system instead of having multiple stand-alone websites. This is to allows webmaster to log in once to manage all of the Consumer Banking sites, increase websites visitors, and reduce maintenance and development costs.

My Role
As a team, we performed user research and analysis, and created user flow, wireframes and prototype in a 6-weeks sprint. Provide UI materials according to the branding guideline, compiling existing collaterals in previous sites, checking and making sure all SEO and GA tagging migration and working closely with product owner to make sure all contents are in order.
Design Process
We used a 5-stage Design Thinking model to help us identify potential ideas or functions that may help to improve the customer user experience.
User Research

Research Strategy
The first thing we focused on was our research strategy. In order to identify the flaws in the current UX and UI, we conducted a usability test by interviewing product owners that fit our user archetype. Before we began our interviews we first needed to do two things.

First we conduct a competitor analysis. Aside from using and understanding AffinAlways.com, this also gave us an insight in the market space and provided additional context for the problem we are working on. Secondly we create an interview guide in preparation for Usability Testing. This enabled us to conduct our interviews in a consistent and controlled manner.

Competitor Analysis
As part of our Competitor Analysis, we conducted an analysis on three websites with similar product offerings to AFFIN Bank. These were: Maybank, Cimb and RHB.
We focused our research on User Interface elements and User Experience Flows – including the Onboarding process, Product Recommender, User Ratings and the Features.

Research Objectives
The intent of the UX usability testing activity is to identify any usability issues including:
• Assess whether the terminology is understood by users and appropriate language is used
• Determine whether the process flows in a logical way
• Assess if users can effectively navigate through the process using the UI elements
• Assess whether the content adequately supports users
• Analysis of how the design measures up against user goals, business goals, project intent, and system or technical constraints

User Accessibility Testing (UAT)
Before launching the sites to public, a two (2) weeks UAT has been done with product owners to ensure all sites reflect correct info, collaterals and accessible without any glitch.
The Outcome
The new website have personalisation functions to help user to get the best solutions that suits for them. Other than that, this new website offers cross selling features to the users. This helps the business to promotes the relevant product that might be interesting to the user.
Integrated Online Service Request Form
Problem Statement:
Webmaster(s) needs to deliver daily update(s) requests from internal Product Owner to keep the information on the websites up-to-date to Customers and Stakeholders. Conventionally, the request are sent out using a PDF form via email and sometimes the request has been overlook or redundant among team mates. After request done, it has to be tabulate manually in excel for audit purposes.
My Role
As a team, we performed user research and analysis, and created new flow to increase productivity in delivering daily update and digital filing.
Solution :
To create an online integrated SRF using existing bank's asset that improves :
• Daily updates deliverable productivity and efficiency.
• Auto tabulate incoming request (export data from Forms to Excel).
• Save time in communication(s)  via email as all approval only need to go via Teams.
• All request status are visible among webmaster(s) and product owner.
• No cost incurred.
Dompet - An e-wallet that carries all your cards at one go!
(Conceptual Project)
Problem Statement :
Nowadays, there are too many e-wallets in apps store. Normally, a user will need 2-3 different e-wallet installed on their smartphone. Most of this apps only support their designated debit/credit cards; eg: MAE--> Maybank Cards, A1addin --> AFFIN Cards. Other than that, user(s) need to top-up the credit regularly unlike using the physical card.
Solution :
An app that can securely link debit/credit card from different financial institution to make payment using QR Code, JomPay and NFC. 
Objective
To create a secured app that functions like a virtual wallet carry all types of debit/credit card without having to download too many e-wallet(s).
